The Shady Olive offers a tantalizing array of flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegars, as well as unique, hand-carved wood serving accessories and gifts that thrill even the most discerning foodie! 

A blend of Chemlali, Chetoui and Arbequina olives is used as the base for our flavored extra virgin olive oils. Our olives are grown without pesticides or other non-organic compounds in Tunisia, a country with a rich history of producing high-quality olive oils.  All our olive oil is independently tested for both purity and quality and are all natural and vegetarian.

Shady Olive’s artisan-produced balsamic vinegars are blended specifically for us in Modena, Italy by VR Aceti. These thick and syrupy blends are unlike others you may have tried due to our product’s higher percentage of grape must and less wine vinegar.  There are no added thickeners, colors or sugars - just naturally aged balsamic vinegar in oak barrels.
